Responsibilities

  • Managing global clients. Process includes understanding the client requirements, getting purchase orders and till delivery of the goods.
  • Lead Generation of new clients through Email, Cold Calls, LinkedIn, etc. and updating leads in the CRM Software.
  • Maintain efficient relationship and client confidentiality with all International customers.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationship with main accounts and important clients.
  • Maintaining reports and documents pertaining to clients accordingly
  • Analyze and identify certain customers and pitching in for dealership. Handling the dealership process and serving them when necessary.
  • Manage sales, customer support and maintaining proper record pertaining to shipments. Coordinating with the courier partner to ensure hassle free shipment process.
  • Creating a content plan for Social Media channels and Blogs.
  • Co-ordination with Digital Marketing companies for social media, SEO, blogs, etc. 
  • Registering for medical conferences, responsible in assisting and planning of conferences locally and globally. Following up with the conference leads, understanding their requirement and serving them accordingly.
  • Negotiating terms with Conference Organizing committee
  • Scheduling and Booking Flights / Hotels + Negotiation 
  • Maintaining reports of all customers
  • Listing of products in the respective sites
  • Lead generation via online sites such as Linkedin, following up with them and updating the leads in the CRM.
  • Updating the company website / LinkedIn 
  • Updating the arrival of new products
  • Upcoming events
  • Specialized product surgery details documentation
