PRODUCTS
SILICONE HANDLES
Our Silicone Handles assure total control and reliability. We offer customized, ergonomic over-mould handles with a range of standard couplings that empower surgeons to perform simple, as well as, complex procedures safely, efficiently, and comfortably.
We offer these handles in several colours, shapes, stainless steel caps, spin caps and some even with cannulations. The ends of the handles can be fitted with industry-standard couplings.
RATCHETING HANDLES
Our ratcheting mechanism assure total control, precision and feel that surgeons expect. These ratcheting mechanisms can be fitted onto almost any axial, palm or T-handle. We offer these handles in several colours, shapes, stainless steel caps, spin caps and some even with cannulations. The ends of the handles can be fitted with industry-standard couplings.
TORQUE LIMITERS
Our torque limiters assure total control and reliability. With a range of nominal torque values from 0.6Nm to 14Nm, GESCO’s range of precision Torque Limiters and Handles ensure accuracy in spinal and orthopaedic procedures. They are designed to limit the applied torque when applied in the clockwise direction with an audible click.
ROD HOLDER/ROD GRIPPER
Rod Holders are available for all sizes of rods. Power rod gripper and jaws can be customised as per requirement and size. The rod holder is available in Straight, Pivot Tipped, Hinged and Kerrison type Ratcheted configurations.
ROD REDUCER
Rod Reducers or Persuaders are offered in several varieties – tower threaded Reducers, Pistol grip reducers, gun-type reducers, In-line Beale type reducers and rocker arms.
TLIF/PLIF INSTRUMENTS
The TLIF and PLIF Instrument consists of a very wide range of preparation instruments like Bone Curette Straight, Bone Curette Angled, Bone Curette Left and Right, Bone Curette Reverse Angled, Bone Curette Serrated, Bone Ring Curette Straight, Bone Ring Curette Left, Bone Ring Curette Right, Bone Box Curette Straight, Bone Box Curette Left, Bone Box Curette Right, Osteotome Straight, Osteotome Angled, Impactor Straight and Curved, TLIF / PLIF Trial Blocks, Disc Space Distracter and Nerve Root Retractors.
DISTRACTOR/CONTRACTOR
Rod Distractor and Contractors are offered in several configurations – parallel distractor, parallel compressor, hinged distractor and compressors are also available. The unique design of the distractor and contractor is that it works as a ratchet as well as in screw rod.

OLIF DISC PREP INSTRUMENTS
OLIF Instrument consists of a very wide range of disc preparation instruments including bayonet Kerrison punches, disc punches, osteotomes, curettes, trial blocks, cannulated shafts, etc.
RETRACTORS
GESCO manufactures Retractors based on customer needs. We offer Table arms, retractors and blades. Standard blades for Lumbar and Lateral surgeries are available both in Titanium and Aluminium options. For Cervical retractors, we also offer Carbon reinforced PEEK options.
BONE PROBES/AWL
Bone probes and Awls are made of stainless steel with a soft and ergonomic grip, and silicone handles ideal for bone preparation. Various types of Awls and bone probes are available including straight, curved, taper tip, Lenke style, etc.
BALL-TIP PROBE, BONE FEELERS AND MARKERS
GESCO manufactures various types of ball probes in straight Ball Tip Probe, Curved, and Double Ended Bal Tip Probes. The ball tip in the distal end gives the surgeon the desired feel when probing around the pedicle and the nerve root. The pedicle marker candle helps as a marker. The depth marker is used to determine the length of the screw to be used.
