Responsibilities
- Understanding the scope of work and create the concept design (3D Model) based upon the design input and functionality requirement.
- Creating drawings for the approved concept design.
- Checking the concept design and drawings against modeling and drawing checklist respectively.
- Prepare Quality plans for the machining and Assembly Components.
- Adhere according to the project plan and schedule for the execution of the project.
- Technical interface with programming and production team for component manufacturing.
- Submitting the concept design to Senior Design Engineer for Review and Verification
- Updating the design Registers like Drawing Master list, Input Register, ECR and ECO register
- Maintaining Design documents as per the design procedure.
- Submitting Daily work activities to Senior Design Engineer.
- Maintain 5S System and Continual Improvements as per firm requirements.Â
- Ensuring all the Design documents are maintained as per the design procedure.
- Risk Mitigation and Planning for the projects
- Technical interface with programming and production team for component manufacturing.
- Maintain all documents as per ISO 13485 procedures.Â
